Doctor JACHENS! Great job!

Seeing Dr. Jachens was not my typical experience with Eye Professionals. The one where that mechanical mask is put in front of you and you are rushing this or this. This or this. Then on to the next test. You get dizzy that way. Here the tests are done at a slower pace and the patient is listened to. I had an actual conversation with my doctor and we discussed the test results. I got to ask questions and never felt rushed. He took his time with me. You leave there with a positive outlook. The staff were all outstanding as well. Overall a great experience.

Do Jachens and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. They took the time to hear my concerns and addressed all of them. Dr Jachens was able to explain technical and medical details clearly and simply. He has great bedside manner - easy to understand and puts you at ease

I’ve only met Dr Jachens and his staff for the past year. My experience with Dr Jachens and staff has been nothing but high praise. My situation was a little tricky with my eyes, ( cataracts, stigmatism etc. ) The staff is very personable, friendly and quick to help and make sure you are comfortable and well informed. Dr Jachens helped me through my process and went above and beyond to make sure, that everything was done, to make sure that I was happy and my vision was the best I thought and wanted it to be. Totally satisfied. I don’t even need readers anymore. I would definitely recommend Dr Jachens to my family, friends and more.
