My experience was fantastic! The staff and Dr. Jachens are wonderful, they are professional and personable. I recently had my cataract surgery done by Dr. Jachens, he was very through, answered all my questions. My surgery was great!!! I can’t say enough about them. I give them 5 star + already recommended them to my friends and family! Thank you Beacon!!

The office staff greet you immediately and are always courteous. The appointment is always on time. Dr. Jachens always answers any questions and explains procedures well. This is a great Opthamology practice.

Doctor is very good and very friendly. There is no feeling of visiting a doctor that speaks doctor and you don’t know what he’s talking about. The office is super clean and nice. The ladies at the front desk are the NICEST I’ve seen in a very long time , highly recommended this doctor. Recommending to all my friends and family

I was HIGHLY impressed with Dr jachens . He is amazingly knowledgeable of the eye and takes the time to explain it all with you. He is cordial-warm -beyond a “mensch”. Highly recommend.

I went to Beacon Eye Care for the first time yesterday. The office was bright and decorated very contemporary and very clean. I was greeted by Allison at the front desk, who took my insurance information & handed me a tablet to finish updating my information, which I had started online prior to my visit. I read and signed their hippa & financial forms etc. Allison was very friendly and welcoming. It was a very efficient and streamlined process, which took mere minutes, if that. I was quickly taken in the back with CeCe who did a pre exam on me. CeCe was polite, explained all the tests she was doing & cared about my concerns. I was screened for vision, color, dry eye, peripheral vision loss, and had photos taken on the back of my eye, and was then dilated. She also read my current eye glasses. I was then brought into the exam room to wait for Dr. Jachens. Dr. Jachens came in shortly to do my exam. He was extremely thorough. Spending lots of time especially on my cornea, which is my main issue. I have dry eyes. He explained to me the different drops that are now available and prescribed two new ones. We discussed Autologous Serum Tear drops, I will follow up In a month. I would recommend this office to everyone. Not only does Dr. Jachens treat corneal problems, he does comprehensive eye exams, lasik & cataract surgery. His office staff is extremely professional and caring.
